HPLC systems work best if they are serviced on a regular basis. We recommend every 6 months for equipment used every day, for equipment used less often every 12 months. Laserchrom now offer a choice of how to keep your Laserchrom HPLC system at its peak efficiency. We may be able to service other manufacturers HPLC systems. Our Standard Service Contract entitles the customer to one preventative maintenance visit per year at a cost of £500 (+ parts + VAT) per year. Additional call out visits cost £500 each including travelling time |

Our Gold Service Contract entitles the customer to two preventative maintenance visits per year at a cost of £900.00 (+ parts + VAT) per year. Additional call out visits cost £500 each including travelling time |

| A one off price of £900.00 entitles you to one place on our 2 day servicing course at Laserchrom in Rochester, Kent (worth £500) and a visit by a qualified person to your laboratory to guide you through the first preventative maintenance procedure carried out after the training (also worth £500). |
